Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required with one year IDD experience and a valid Texas driver’s license with proof of auto liability insurance. Able to pass drug screen, criminal background check and company training. Supervise a group home for 3 or 4 individuals with intellectual and developmental Disabilities (IDD) to include and supervision of home, adjunct staff and the individuals; interface professionally with case management, day program and nursing personnel as need.
