Prior experience required. Must be able to understand English and read chemical cleaning labels, and operation manual s for safety precautions. Work requires general knowledge of building custodial and maintenance and the use of hand tools and equipment. Perform general maintenance and upkeep of buildings such as emptying trash barrels, cleaning restrooms, setting up even spaces and minor repair of facilities.
