Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Master’s Degree or equivalent or three to five years grants-related experience preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) during course of employment. This position will lead all aspects of grant pursuits, ensure timely and efficient submission of grant application and reporting of documents. Grant application development will involve researching, identifying, outlining, developing, writing, and submitting applications; reporting functions include tracking, collecting, and submitting required reports and documentation to administer grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Valid Class C driver’s license required.
